事業内容【森のようちえん型インターナショナル施設の運営・教育実務】
- 教育活動を計画・準備・実践する。
- イベント企画やカリキュラム作成、各種ツール作成・手続き、広報活動、制作物作成 等
- その他適切だと判断される業務。
就業場所
- 兵庫県淡路島
就業時間
- 各業務形態に応じる
- フルタイム勤務の場合は、基本 7.5時間/日、週休2日
- パートタイム勤務の場合は、土曜日 7.5時間、日曜日7.5時間

Nature of Business【Education and Business Management】
- To plan, prepare, manage and execute English learning experience in the free outdoor environment.
- To support licensed childcare staff as needed.
- To organize, plan, prepare and deliver the English aspect of outreach, special events, outreach, and PR activities and materials.
- To undertake all duties reasonably requested by the Director.
Place of Employment
- Awaji-shima, Hyogo-ken (Japan)
Working Hours
- Determined by job position
- Full time: 7.5h/day, 5 days/week
- Part time: Saturday and/or Sunday 7.5h

Desired Qualifications
- Strong interest in and enthusiasm for child-led, forest school approach to early childhood education and early second language acquisition.
- Interest in working in an international environment in a rural island of Japan.
Language, qualifications, etc.
- Native English speaker or native level English speaker with extensive experience in childcare environment.
- Qualifications and past experiences in the following areas recommended: ESL or EFL (esp. early SLA), forest school, nature center/outdoor education, Montessori, Reggio Emilia approach, early childhood education.
- Recommended but not required: Japanese driver’s license, Japan Red Cross First Aid training
- Japanese language ability NOT required.
