イギリス出身のエミリーが一番好きな冬!
寒いのが好きな人も、苦手な人も、実はいろんな楽しみ方ができる、自然の冬の姿。
氷をみつけてはしゃぐ子どもたち!冷たいね。どう持ったら、指が冷たくならないかな?
あれ?めがねみたいに透かして見えるよ。形が面白いね。
わぁ!割れた!良い音!
寒い時は、体を動かすのが一番。こどもたちはいつも元気に鬼ごっこや山登り。英語で "I'm a dragon!" など楽しみながら、いつの間にか子どもたちもスタッフもぽかぽか温まります。
そして、定番のたき火。温まるだけでなく、どんな素材がよく燃えるか? 風に乗ってどのように炎が動くか? など、好奇心・探求心のきっかけになります。
しっかりと暖かく着込んで、冬のAKGを楽しもう!
Cold weather!
I love cold weather! There are so many things to see and experience and if you don't like feeling cold then there are ways to warm up!
Ice! - On really cold days we can find ice! I love to look at the ice, pick it up and feel it melt in my hands. It's cold and wet and I can see through some of it! It makes things look funny! Ice gives us so many opportunities to use English and explore our senses.
More clothes! - If I am cold, I can put an extra jacket on, or extra pants! I can wear 2 or 3 sweaters, 2 pairs of socks, 3 pairs of pants, and 3 jackets if I want to!
Run! - Are you cold? What should we do? Let's run and warm our bodies up! What's this steam coming from my mouth? Look at me I am a dragon!
Fire! - Here is another way to keep warm! With adults children can learn how to safely build, start, maintain, and extinguish a fire. It's warm! It's hot! I can hear it crackle and it smells good!
