AKGのスタッフがいつもどうすれば子どもたちがより成長できるかを常に考えながらサポートしているところがとても素敵だと感じて、2021年6月からAKGの仲間になりました！
AKGの好きなところは、子どもたち自身が自然の力を発見する手助けができること！
子どもたちが楽しんで自然を探求し、成長している姿が見れるのが、とっても幸せ♪
自然ってほんとにすばらしい！
それから、色んな国から一人ひとり違うバックグラウンドを持ったスタッフが集まっていることもAKGの好きなところです♪
AKGのスタッフとして僕自身も、それぞれに違う性格や、国、社会、文化があることをスタッフから学んでいます！
多国籍スタッフと一緒に、色んな文化を子どもにシェアできることがとっても嬉しいです♪
子どもたちがAKGでどうやったらより自然や英語を楽しんで、充実した時間を過ごしてもらえるか、
スタッフ全員で考え、話し合いながら進めていく週末の活動が大好きです！
自然の中で自由に思いっきり遊んで、泥んこになりながら、笑顔いっぱいの子どもを見るのが僕のモチベーションです。

Hello! My name is Ian!
I joined AKG in June 2021 and I was happy to find that the staff at AKG are always looking for ways to encourage children's development!
My favorite part of AKG is helping the children to discover the power of nature! It makes me so happy to see children having fun and exploring nature, and seeing the ways they develop their independence! Nature is amazing!
The staff come from different countries and are of many nationalities; this is another aspect that I love!
As a member of the team, I learn so much about about other cultures and societies, and personalities.
I also like to share about the international culture with the children.
The entire team is committed to devising the best environment for children to develop here.
Child-led learning gives children an opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills on their own.
It also motivates me to apply what I am learning from others.
I like seeing children play freely in nature, getting muddy and dirty, radiating with happy with smiles.
It says to me that they are having a wonderful experience.
