Every month we have an original AKG story written and illustrated by me, Emily! December is all about celebration! Birthday, Christmas, New Year! What do you like to celebrate?
Vocabulary
Each book contains all of the vocabulary for that month. Used in context, it increases the understanding and interest in the words! Can you see the pictures? Some words are tricky without the pictures to help us. an you see Santa Claus's sleigh? That's where he puts all the presents to deliver! It has special pieces on the bottom to help it slide on snow!

December is about celebration, so we will learn how to wish someone "Merry Christmas!" and "Happy New Year!" On this page, you can see the English we use when giving or receiving a present! "Here you are." "Thank you." "You're Welcome." We use these phrases every day at AKG!

I try to make each story funny and interesting! This book has lots of brightly colored presents! Which one is your favorite? Can you see the funny face he is pulling? Sometimes when I focus on making the AKG story I stick my tongue out just like that!
